1/4 C walnuts
1 T pine nuts + extra for garnish
3 garlic cloves
Salt and pepper
1 1/2 C loosely packed basil leaves

1/3 C EVOO
1/3 C Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 C spinach, chopped
3/4 C Mayonnaise
1/2 lemon
! bx peas

Short pasta of choice

Directions:
Directions:
In a food processor, puree the walnuts, pine nuts, garlic, salt and pepper and basil leaves.

Into the walnut mixture blend the EVOO in a stream, then the Parmesan spinach, mayonnaise and lemon.

Cook pasta al dente. .

Add peas and the pesto to the al dente pasta.

Adjust seasonings.

Garnish with a few pine nuts, Parmesan cheese
