1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. cold water

2 squares unsweetened chocolate
1 c. icing sugar
1 beaten egg
2 T. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Using an electric mixer, beat all brownie ingredients on low speed in large bowl just until well blended. Pour into a greased 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes.

Melt chocolate and butter in top of double boiler. Stir in icing sugar, beaten egg and vanilla. Remove from heat, stir until smooth and cool before frosting brownies.
