1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup sour cream
1 envelop Good Seasons Italian salad dressing mix
1 10-ounce package frozen chopped spinach
1/2 chopped red pepper (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream, and salad dressing until well blended. Add spinach and red pepper; mix well. Refrigerate. Serve with bread pieces and/or assorted cut-up vegetables.

Serve in round sourdough bread. Cut slice from top of bread loaf; remove center, leaving 1-inch-thick shell. Cut removed bread into bite-sized pieces; may also add sliced baguette. Spoon dip into bread shell just before serving.
