1 egg
1/4 c. milk
1/8tsp. vanilla
pinch of cinnamon
2 or 3 slices of cinnamon/cinnamon rasin/white bread
1 Tbsp. margarine

Directions:
Directions:
In a shallow bowl, beat together egg, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon.

Cut each slice of bread in two. (both equal in size)

Dip bread into milk mixture, coating each side.

Heat griddle on a medium setting and add margarine.

Cook for 2 minutes on one side until golden brown. Turn and cook on other side until golden brown.

Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, or even fruit.
