1 lb. Parkay
3 1/2 c. white sugar
4 eggs
4 tsp. baking soda
4 tsp. baking powder
2 c. buttermilk
8 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375F.
Cream Parkay and sugar. Add eggs. mix dry ingredients together. Add dry ingredients alternately with butter milk to creamed mixture to form the batter. If the first batch of cookies spread out too much add more flour.
Bake 8-11 minutes or until edges start browning.

This recipe is from a coworker, Lori Martin. She frosts these with prepared frosting in a can. They are very good.
