1 clove garlic (minced)
cup sliced green onions
1 tsp. salt
tsp. fine black pepper
tsp. thyme leaves
cup snipped parsley
6 fresh tomatoes, peeled and halved
2/3 cup salad oil
cup vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine clove garlic, green onions, salt, black pepper, thyme leaves and snipped parsley together and sprinkle over sliced and pealed tomatoes. Mix oil and vinegar. Pour over tomatoes. Cover and chill several hours.
