Baking potatoes
Small can Oscar Meyer Bacon Bits
1/2 cup chopped onions
4 tbsps. melted margarine
1 small carton sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Paprika (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes and scoop out each potato carefully and mix with onions, bacon bits, margarine, salt, and pepper. Add half of cheddar cheese to mixture. Spoon mixture into each potato shell. Top with remainder of cheddar cheese. Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Can be made ahead and heated just before serving time. Sprinkle top with paprika.
