8 medium potatoes, sliced thin
1 tbsp. butter
1 can condensed mushroom soup
1 cup milk
1/4 cups minced onion

Directions:
Directions:
Alternate layers of potatoes and onions in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with flour, dot with butter and season each layer with salt and pepper. Mix soup and milk in bowl and pour over potatoes. Cover with foil, and bake at 350° for approximately 11/4 hours. Remove foil and cook uncovered during the last few minutes to brown top of casserole.

(This is one of my favorite potato recipes.)
