butter
salt

3/4 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup flour
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare 3 cups mashed potatoes, seasoned with butter, salt, and pepper. Add:chopped onions along with flour (add more if too thin). Shape into patties 1/2 inch thick. Brown well on both sides in lightly greased skillet or on medium-hot griddle.
