1 small box strawberry jell-o
1 small can pineapple, drained
1 small pkg. frozen strawberries, drained
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Use juice from fruit (strawberries and pineapple) and add enough water to make one cup. Bring to a boil, and pour over strawberry mixture, stirring enough to dissolve. Stir in the pineapple and strawberries and place in refrigerator 15 to 20 minutes. Add the sour cream to the jell-o mixture and place in mold. (Usually I need to prepare the night before to be sure it jells, or early in the morning for a evening meal.
