3 cans of Creme of Potato Soup
3 cans milk
1 bag frozen brocolli (can be fresh as well)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 ham steak, trimmed and diced
ground pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingrediaents to the pot; Heat @ medium, reducing heat later to simmer; Stir occasionally and be careful not to let it burn on the bottom. A hearty easy dinner that the whole family will love.

* The brocolli adds some "character" to the potato soup; remove it if you like.
* You can also add either some bacon bits, or fry and dice some bacon into it for a slightly richer flavor.
