1 lb. spaghetti
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 26 oz. jar pasta sauce
3/4 c. sour cream
1/2 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese (4 oz.) softened
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese

Cook and drain pasta.
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef. Drain and return to skillet. Stir in pasta sauce, pepper, and garlic powder. Bring to a boil: reduce heat to a simmer for 20 minutes.
In a small bowl combine sour cream and cream cheese. and set aside. Coat a 9 X 13 baking dish with cooking spray abnd add the cooked spaghetti. Sporead the cream cheese mixture over it, add tghe meat mixture and sprinkle with the Cheddar cheese.
Cover and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 5 more minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
