4 chicken breasts
8 (oz) sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
40 Ritz crackers (or equivalent in Rice Krispies or Corn Flakes, which I prefer)
1 stick margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and de-bone the chicken. Tear into small peices and line the bottom of the casserole dish. Mix together soup and sour cream. Heat almost to boiling and pour over chicken. Crumble all crackers or cereal over mixture. Melt butter and our over crackers. Bake about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
