Ingredients:  
1 whole chicken, cooked and deboned
1 cup uncooked, long grain rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix the above ingredients. Put chicken on top of rice mixture. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour desired amount of melted butter over mixture. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 300º. If you pour about 3/4 of the liquid mixture over the rice and the remaining part over the chicken and rice, the chicken will be more tender.
