1/2 cup milk 1 egg 1 cup cracker crumbs 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 1 tbsp. chopped onion 1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tbsp. ketchup 1 cup grated cheese
Mix all ingredients except cheese. Line pan with wax paper, and place 1/2 of mixture in pan. Add 1/2 cheese, and add remainder of mixture, then remainder of cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350°. Let stand 10 minutes. Slice and serve.
