Onion, sliced
Zucchini, sliced
Eggplant, sliced
Tomatoes, sliced
Vinaigrette dressing
Feta cheese
Herbs (oregano, thyme)
Pita bread

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, zucchini, eggplant. Drizzle tomatoes with vinaigrette dressing.
Layer: 1 pita, some vegetables, some tomato, some feta, some garden herbs. Slide under broiler for 2-5 minutes. Enjoy
