4 pound rib eye roast
2 crushed garlic cloves
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. rosemary, crushed



Sauce:
1 jar (12 oz) brown beef gravy
1/4 cup red current jelly
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard,

Directions:
Roast:
Combine garlic, salt, pepper, and rosemary and press evenly on roast. Cook in 350 oven approximately 18 to 22 minutes per pound. Remove roast from oven and let stand for 15 minutes.

Sauce:
Combine sauce ingredients and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Carve roast into slices and serve with sauce, on the side.
