2 (10 oz. packages) frozen raspberries, thawed
4 tsps. cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Process raspberries in a blender until smooth, stopping once to scrape sides. Pour through a wire-mesh strainer into a small saucepan, discarding seeds. Stir in cornstarch. Bring to a boil over medium heat, and boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute. Cool. Yield: 1/2 cup.
