1 cup Carnation evaporated milk 1 cup water 1/4 cup margarine or butter 1/4 cup flour 3 tbsps. Hershey cocoa 1 tsp. vanilla extract
Put milk, water and butter in saucepan. When butter is melted, add the sugar, flour and cocoa. Bring this to a boil and reduce to medium heat. Cook for 10 minutes. Remove from stove and add vanilla. Serve over biscuits. Best when served hot. Serves 6-8.
