3 (14 oz.) packages caramels, unwrapped
1/3 to 1/2 cup milk
1 (8 oz.) container soft cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Combine caramels, 1/3 cup milk, and cream cheese in a large Dutch oven. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until caramels melt and mixture is smooth. If mixture is too thick for dipping, add additional milk. Spoon into fondue dish. Yields: 4 cups.
