Use left over chicken, ham, or pork (diced) Rice (cooked beforehand and chill) 1 medium onion 2 tbsp vegetable oil 1 egg 2 tbsp soy sauce
Cook rice beforehand and chill. Chop one medium onion and saute in 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Add diced meat and saute lightly with onion. Add rice and mix well. Beat 1 egg with 2 tbsp soy sauce and add to rice mixture, frying until egg is cooked and rice is hot.
