2 c. rolled oats
2 c. boiled water
4 eggs beaten
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
4 c. buttermilk, yogurt or sour milk
3 c. whole wheat four
2 c. white flour
5 sp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
4 c. all-bran cereal or flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine oats and water; let cool. Mix together eggs, sugar, oil and buttermilk. Combine dry ingredients and bran. Stir into liquid ingredients until just moistened. Can add chocolate chips, raisins, dates or walnuts at this time. Bake in well greased muffin tins at 375° for 15-20 minutes. Makes 5-6 dozen.
