1 egg
2 C sugar
1 16 oz can pumpkin
3/4 C ButterUp
2 C flour
1 tsp salt
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cinnamon
1 C chopped nuts (optional)
Frosting:
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 C ButterUp
1 tsp vanilla
2 C powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix eggs, sugar, pumpkin, and ButterUp together. In separate bowl, mix flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon. Add to first mixture. Stir in nuts. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10x5 pan. Bake 25 min at 350º. Cool and frost.
Frosting:
In small bowl, beat softened cream cheese, ButterUp, and vanilla. Gradually beat in powdered sugar, until smooth. Spread over cooled bars.
