1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 16 oz carton regular or light sour cream
1 jar (7 oz) roasted red peppers, drained and chopped

Directions:
Directions:

In small bowl, blend all ingredients. Chill at least 2 hours. Serve with your favorite dippers. Yields: 2 cups.
