2 eggs
1 c. milk
2 c. corn
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
dash pepper
2 tbsp. melted butter
Topping:
1/2 c. plain bread crumbs
2 tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and milk. Add corn, flour, salt, pepper and melted butter. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.
Mix breadcrumbs and melted butter and sprinkle over corn.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes or until set.
