2 lbs. stew meat cut in cubes
1 onion sliced
1 stalk celery cut on diagonal
6 carrots cut in chunks
2 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. tapioca
1/2 c. tomato juice









Directions:
Directions:
Put meat in 7 x 11 pan. Add vegetables. Mix salt, sugar and tapioca and sprinkle over meat and vegetables. Add tomato juice. Cover pan with foil sealing tight around edges.
Bake at 250 degrees for 4 hours.
