4 med. baking potatoes (evenly sized)
1 1/2 tbsp. parmesan cheese
4 tbsp. grated cheddar cheese
2-3 tbsp. melted butter
2-3 tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme,sage) or 2 tsp. dried herbs
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Peel potatoes if skin is to tough. Otherwise just scrub and rinse them. Cut the potatoes into thin slices (but not all the way through) Put the potatoes in baking dish; slightly fan out the slices. Drizzle the potatoes with melted butter and sprinkle with herbs and salt. Bake for about 50 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parm. and cheddar cheese. Bake for another 10-15 minutes.
