2 medium onions sliced 2 green peppers sliced 5 stalks celery sliced 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef 1 can tomato paste 1/4 c. soy sauce 1 lb. small shell macaroni
Saute ground beef until it loses pink color. Add sliced vegetables and cook for 5 or 10 minutes more. Add tomato paste plus 2 or 3 cans of water and the soy sauce. Simmer covered for 45 minutes. Cook shell macaroni according to directions, drain and add to sauce mixture and serve.
