2 cups brown sugar
1 cup melted butter
3 eggs
5 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Raisin Filling
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup sugar
2 cups water
2 cups raisins
2 teaspoons vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, milk and vanilla and half of the flour. Add the rest of the flour with the salt and soda.

Raisin Filling
Combine ingredients in a sauce pan and cook. Cool before using.

Roll out dough and cut into circles. Put a spoon of filling on and top with another circle of dough. Press edges together to seal. Bake at 400º F.
