Vanilla ice cream
12-14 apples
melted 1/2 C butter
1/2 C oatmeal
1 1/2 C flour
1 1/2 C brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Directions:
Slice apples place in bottom of cake pan, Mix rest or ingredients (except ice cream). Sprinkle on top. Bake 35-40min 350º. Serve with vanilla ice cream.

Excellent when it's still warm. Granny smith or Macintosh are my favorite apples to use.
