1 (9- or 10-inch) chocolate crumb crust
1 envelope unflavored gelatine
1/2 cup water
3 (1-ounce) squares unsweetened or semi-sweet chocolate,
melted and cooled
1 (14-ounce) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
(NOT evaporated milk)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups (1 pint) Borden Whipping Cream, whipped

In small saucepan, sprinkle gelatine over water; let stand 1
minute. Over low heat, stir until gelatine dissolves. Cool. In large
mixer bowl, beat chocolate with sweetened condensed milk until
smooth. Stir in gelatine mixture and vanilla. Fold in whipped
cream. Pour into prepared crust. Chill 3 hours or until set.
Garnish as desired. refrigerate leftovers.
