1 pastry shell, unbaked 4 oz. Montery Jack Cheese, grated 1 6 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts,drained,and chopped 1 zucchini, small, diced 1 onion, small, diced 3 eggs, beaten 2 tbsp. flour 1 1/4 cups half and half 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper
Put vegetables and cheese in pastry shell. Combine all other ingredients in bowl and mix well. Pour over vegetables. Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, then at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
I have made this quiche and crab quiche for large groups. Put vegetables or crab ingredients with cheese in shell, then use the same egg mixture and pour over. Good with Hollandaise sauce (packaged mix)
