Dressing: 1 cup Mayonnaise (Hellman's) 4 T sugar 1 tsp. white vinegar Salad: 1 bunch broccoli (2-3 stems) 1/2 cup red onion 1/2 cup golden raisins 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled 9.5-10 oz. cashews
Mix dressing the night before. Just prior to serving, mix dressing with salad ingredients.
