Pre heat oven to 350F
6 pcs chicken breasts, halved
12 oz Russian dressing
12 oz Apricot preserves
1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
1/4C water
1 tin Pineapple chunks, drained
1 green bell pepper, cut in chunks

Directions:
Directions:
1. Pam a baking dish
2. Arrange chicken breasts on bottom of dish.
3. Mix together Russian dressing, preserves, onion soup and 1/4 C water. Pour evenly over chicken breasts.
4. Cover and bake for 15 minutes
5. Remove from oven and add pineapple chunks and bell peppers.
6. Return to oven and cook for an additional 15 minutes
7. Serve with rice or mashed potatoes and peas.
