Preheat oven to 350F
1 head broccoli flowerettes
8 pcs chicken breasts, boned, skinned and halved
1 tin cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
1C Mayonnaise
1 T curry powder
1 dz white mushrooms, quartered or sliced
1 tin water chestnuts, drained
1 pkg grated cheddar cheese (2C)
2 C croutons
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Pam baking dish and layer broccoli on the bottom, then chicken pieces. Set aside.
Mix together soup, mayo,curry mushrooms, water chestnuts, cheddar and combine well.
Pour soup mixture over chicken and broccoli.
Top with croutons.
Bake on a cookie sheet at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes, until chicken is cooked through.
