8 servings instant mashed potatoes
1/2 cup butter
2 pkgs (3 oz. each) cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
1/2 cup green onions, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare mashed potatoes according to package directions, omitting butter. Add all other ingredients to hot potatoes except Cheddar Cheese. Beat until well blended. Turn into greased casserole. Sprinkle with Cheddar Cheese. Refrigerate for several hours for flavors to blend. Bake at 350º for 1 hour. If casserole is not refrigerated bake for only 30 minutes.
