2 - 6" diameter pita breads, split horizontally
Fresh basil chopped or chiffonade
2 C finely shredded mozzarella
2 C grated cheddar
2/3 C finely grated Parmesan
Jar pizza sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the cheeses and basil
Lightly toast pita rounds.
Spread pizza sauce over top of pita round and top that with the cheese mixture
Bake until bubbly.
Cut into triangles and serve immediately
