2 cups Butter, softened
2 cups Confectioners Sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
½ tsp. salt
4 ½ cups flour
2 cups chocolate chips (mini if available)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter with sugar. Stir in other ingredients. Roll in 1 inch balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork dipped lightly in flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Move to cooling rack. Sprinkle with powered sugar while warm.
