Package of wontons
2 mashed bananas
1/3 C grated coconut
1/4 C raisins
1 t cinnamon
Cocoa powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine bananas, coconut, raisins and cinnamon.

Place banana mixture in center of wonton and fold over making a triangle.

Moisten edges of wonton with a small amount of water, using your finger. Press edges to secure.

Deep fry in hot oil. Drain cooked wontons on paper towel. Do not put too many wontons in the pot at one time. They should not touch each other.

Serve with vanilla ice cream and sprinkle some cocoa powder on top.

Garnish with mint leaves.
