1 cup butter 1 cup sugar 2 eggs, beaten 3 bananas 2 cups sifted flour 1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven at 350º. Cream butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Cream the bananas until fluffy. Add sugar mixture alternating with the dry ingredients. Add chopped pecans. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350º for one hour.
