1 pt. strawberries 3 tbsp. cornstarch 1c. water 1c. sugar 3 tsp. strawberry Jello 1 cooked pie shell
Wash fruit, cut into slices,and set aside. In saucepan, mix sugar,cornstarch,and water. Heat until clear. Remove from heat and stir in Jello. Cool 15 minutes. Pour mixture over strawberries. Mix well. Then pour into cooled, baked pie shell. Chill. Top with whipped cream before serving.
