1 lb. Bulk Sausage 6 slices White Bread Softened margarine 1 !/2 C. shredded cheese 5 eggs 2 C. milk 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. dry mustard
Cook sausage until done. Drain. Spread each slice of bread with margarine. Turn upside down in large 9X12 baking dish. Sprinkle with sausage and top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients, beat well. Pour over mixture in baking dish. Chill at least 8 hours. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour until top browns.
