1 potato
1 tsp. each of Kosher salt, McCormick Steak Seasoning (I like the spicy kind), and garlic powder
1/2 T olive oil
nonstick cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Cut potatoes lengthwise about 1/4 inch thick slices, and then cut each slice into 1/4 inch sticks. Cover baking sheet with foil and spray with nonstick spray. Toss fries with oil and seasonings in a large bowl and spread into a single layer on baking sheet (use more than one sheet if necessary) Bake in oven about 20 minutes and turn fries over; bake until slightly crisp, about 10-15 minutes more.
