Can of small beets or sliced beets
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 cloves of garlic
Thinly sliced onion (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain beats. Dissolve sugar in vinegar. Add to beets and onions with chopped garlic. Refrigerate for several hours before serving.
