1 cup mayo
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup sugar
2 heads lettuce
1 head cauliflower
chopped green onion (to taste)
crumbled fried bacon (to taste)


Directions:
Directions:
Mix together well the mayo, Parmesan cheese and sugar. (set aside)

Break up the heads of lettuce and cauliflower. Add the green onion and fried bacon bits, stir together.
Then add it to the above mixture. Stir well.

Put in refrigerator and let set for 8 hours before serving.
