Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. bread or cracker crumbs, 3/4 c. milk, 2 tsp., salt, 1/8 tsp pepper. 1 med. onion chopped, 2 eggs beaten, 2 lbs. ground beef.
Sauce: 1/4 c. ketchup, 3 T brown sugar,2 tsp. mustard.

Pour milk over crumbs, mix remaining ingredients.Place in a loaf pan. Spread sauce over loaf. Bake 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
