2 c finely shredded cheddar cheese
2 packages, (21/2 oz each) thinly sliced deli ham, chopped
3/4 c Mayo
1/3 c real bacon bits
2 to 3 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tube (12 oz) large refrigerated flaky biscuits

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the cheese, ham, mayo, bacon and mustard. Split biscuits into thirds. Press dough onto the bottom and up the sides of each of the ungreased miniature muffin cups. Fill each with about 1 Tbsp of cheese mixture.
Bake at 450º for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted. Let stand for 2 minutes before removing from pans.
Serve warm.
