2 lbs. of fresh cranberries
3 granny smith apples, skinned and chopped
2 cups of pears, skinned and chopped
1 orange, peeled (all white removed) and chopped
2 cups golden raisins
2 cups sugar
1 cup orange juice
2 T grated orange peel
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp orange liqueur (or more to taste)
1/2 cup nuts (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients except nuts and liqueur in saucepan. Bring to boil, lower heat; simmer until thickened (about 45 mins.)
Add nuts and liqueur.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
