4 large potatoes peeled and quartered
1 1/4 lbs. kielbasa, scored if desired
1 med. onion sliced thin
1 1/2 c. beef broth
1 med. bay leaf
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in large skillet. Bring to boil and cover. Simmer 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
