3 tins of Stewed tomatoes, chopped
4 Green onions, finely chopped
1 T sugar (or substitute Splenda or Stevia))
Salt and pepper to taste

Topping
6 T sour cream
6 T mayo
2 t Curry
Dash Tabasco, to taste
3 T chopped basil

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine chopped stewed tomatoes, green onions and sugar. Salt and pepper to taste.

Mix all of the Topping ingredients in a bowl.

Place the tomato mixture in individual serving bowls and top with a generous portion of the Topping mixture. Garnish with the basil.

Refrigerate until cold. At least 1 hour.
